Terms & Conditions
a) Please read these Terms before using the SoulRefreshEvents.com website (the ‘Site’), making a booking or joining us as a Member.
2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
a) To book Experiences you must be aged 18 years or over.
b) You may book on behalf of yourself or another.
5. YOUR PAYMENT
a) Soul Refresh will process payment of all bookings through a secure online payment server: Stripe, Paypal or Square.
6. CANCELLATIONS
a) Events will occur rain or shine, unless otherwise notified. Soul Refresh will notify you via email about any event cancellations. When a Soul Refresh event is cancelled, you will be refunded or given credit toward another event.
b) For a full refund, all cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the event. We will refund you in full for the price you paid for the event.
c) If you don't cancel within 72 hours then you will not receive a refund. We will allow you to transfer your ticket to another person for that specific event, but you must email us at info@soulrefreshevents.com ahead of time in order to do the transfer.

9. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
a) Soul Refresh will amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These Terms were most recently updated on 5th March 2019.
